Our portfolio structure

Xypno holds and operates its brands directly rather than taking passive positions in companies other people manage. The group carries the operational risk on every holding, and the operational upside with it.

That is why each brand on this site carries a live status — Active, In Progress, Pending, Under Offer or Sold — maintained as it changes rather than written once at launch. An investor sees the state of the portfolio on the same page the public sees, which is a deliberate choice: a portfolio worth showing selectively is not one worth investing in.

How we work with investors

Opportunities vary by project and by stage. Some brands are established and trading; others are in build, under offer, or held pending a decision. What is available at any given moment depends on which of those a brand is in — which is why this page sets out an approach rather than a list that would be wrong within a month.

On figures

We do not publish financial figures. Specific numbers are discussed directly with serious enquirers, under the appropriate confidentiality.
