Privacy Policy

This policy explains what xypno.com does with personal information. It covers this website only. The group's individual brand sites operate their own systems and publish their own policies — where those services carry out identity or source-of-funds checks, those checks are governed by that brand's policy, not this one.

What we collect, and why

We collect personal information in exactly two places on this website.

The enquiry form. When you contact us we record the name, email address, and where given the phone number, subject and message you supply. We also record the IP address and browser user-agent string of the submission. That technical data exists so we can identify automated spam; it is not used to build a profile of you.

The newsletter signup. If you subscribe, we record your email address and the IP address the subscription came from.

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We use newsletter addresses only to send the updates you asked for. We do not use either for anything else, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in this website's database and a copy is emailed to our general enquiries address so that a person sees it. Both the database and the mailbox sit on our hosting account. Personal information is not shared outside the group except where we are legally required to disclose it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they remain useful as a record of the correspondence, and are deleted when they are not. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies and no tracking cookies at all. They are described in full in our Cookies Policy. There is no analytics package, no advertising tag and no third-party embed on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@xypno.com and we will action it.

Changes

If we change how this site handles personal information, we will change this page. Last reviewed 6 August 2026.
